IPL franchaise owner Preity Zinta is not just for money !!!

What a new style of branding!!!

Yes, in my view it is new style of branding. Everybody knows why bollywood celebrities are in IPL. But what Preity is saying

"I had originally planned to start a special sports school in memory of my father, but then I put off that idea due to lack of funds. However, determined about starting something sports-related, I chose to get into the IPL."

Lack of funds!!! An actress with good reputation and lot of fans do not have money!!
I like to say there are people who do not have money but when they have some passion to do ,they just start up and fund follows to him. Those people are not so famous as Preity. If they can do why not she!! If she can influenced P Chidambaram for Union Budget 2008(according to a blog). If she had started a special sports school and told to world that she is doing this for poor children and she needs money. Then people(fans, businessman) have came up with money for financing her. But what she did?? She just invested in IPL... to earn profit..and branding..what a silly explanation she is giving. It is just for branding she is doing, nothing else. The old formula to become famous and getting sympathy.

This single dialogue can bring good amount of fan and money to Panjab through sponsors. Through "Business of IPL" people are earning good amount of money.
